My name is Nathan Boschman, and I’m the owner of True North Property Care SK. My wife and I bought our first home in Waldheim back in 2019. I didn’t grow up here like she did, so she’s the reason I found my way to this community. It didn’t take long before I fell in love with the town, the people, and the pace of small-town life. Waldheim has become home in every sense of the word, and it’s where we plan to stay for the long haul.
 

True North Property Care SK didn’t start as a business idea at first. It grew naturally out of something I already loved doing. A few years ago, I started helping out family and friends by clearing their driveways after snowfalls. I realized how much I enjoyed it. Being outside, seeing the results afterwards, and knowing I was helping someone is rewarding to me. Each winter I found myself wanting to do more so I began acquiring the equipment to handle my growing interest.
 

I’ve always enjoyed being outdoors, especially during the winter months. There’s something peaceful about fresh snow and the early morning quiet before the world wakes up. With a strong coffee, a quiet morning and a project to work on, I’m right in my element. No matter the weather.
 

The real turning point came in the summer of 2025, when I was working on a landscaping project at our acreage. That’s when it clicked. This doesn’t have to just be a hobby anymore. I loved the work, the process, and the satisfaction of seeing a job done right. Whether it’s a neatly cut lawn or a perfectly cleared driveway, there’s a real sense of pride in looking back and knowing the effort shows. I’m a bit of a perfectionist by nature and with every project, big or small, I treat it as if it were my own. This mindset has really shaped what True North Property Care SK aims to be. A local business built on honesty and quality of work.
 

I’m proud to offer snow clearing services to Waldheim for the 2025–2026 winter season and look forward to expanding into year-round property care services in the summer of 2026. I’ll be providing mowing, landscaping, land leveling, and weed control. My goal is simple. I want to give homeowners peace of mind knowing their property is cared for with pride and reliability.
 

I love what I do, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the community that’s become home. With True North Property Care SK, my hope is to help more people enjoy small-town living. One yard, one driveway, and one season at a time.
